Alomone Labs is pleased to offer an antibody directed against an epitope of the rat NaV1.1 channel. The epitope is identical in all isoforms of NaV1 in all vertebrates, and highly homologous in molluscan and insect voltage-gated Na+ channels. Guinea pig Anti-Pan NaV Antibody (#ASC-003-GP, formerly AGP-007), raised in guinea pigs, can be used in western blot analysis, and has been designed to recognize NaV channels from mouse, rat and human samples. The antigen used to immunize guinea pigs is the same as Anti-Pan NaV Antibody (#ASC-003) raised in rabbit. Our line of guinea pig antibodies enables more flexibility with our products such as multiplex staining studies, immunoprecipitation, etc.
