Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
Product Description	Tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily, member 18, also known as TNFSF18 and AITRL, is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for receptor TNFRSF18/AITR/GITR. It has been shown to modulate T lymphocyte survival in peripheral tissues. This cytokine is also found to be expressed in endothelial cells, and is thought to be important for interaction between T lymphocytes and endothelial cells.

Other Applications Reported In Literature	Blocking: In a functional ELISA, < 5 µg/mL of this antibody will block 50% of the binding of 10 ng/mL of biotinylated Recombinant Human GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 to immobilized Recombinant Human GITR/TNFRSF18 Fc Chimera coated at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well). At 50 μg/mL, this antibody will block > 90% of the binding. CyTOF-ready:Ready to be labeled using established conjugation methods. No BSA or other carrier proteins that could interfere with conjugation.
