Working Concentration	It is recommended that working dilutions be prepared fresh daily. WB: 1:10, 000 - 1:200, 000 WB Chemiluminescent: 1:5, 000 - 1:100, 000 ELISA: 1:5, 000 - 1:100, 000 IHC: 1:500 - 1:5, 000 Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
