Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
Product Description	Transmembrane activator & calcium modulator and cyclophilin ligand (CAML) interactor (TACI) is lymphocyte specific member1, 2 of the tumor necrosis factor-receptor superfamily3 and is expressed in B-lymphocytes and may act to regulate humoral immunity.4 TACI also serves as a receptor for B-cell activating factor of the TNF family (BAFF) and as a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL).5

Other Applications Reported In Literature	Immunohistochemistry: Suitable for use at concentration of 5-15 µg/mL. Blocking: In a functional ELISA, 0.075-0.3 µg/mL of this antibody will block 50% of the binding of 50 ng/mL of Recombinant Human BAFF/BLyS/TNFSF13B o immobilized Recombinant Human TACI/TNFRSF13B Fc Chimera coated at 1 µg/mL (100 µL/well). At 10 μg/mL, this antibody will block > 90% of the binding.
