Description	The A2F10 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with mouse CD135, a tyrosine kinase class III receptor. CD135, also known as Flt3, Ly-72, and Flk-2, is the receptor for the FLT3 ligand (FLT3L) cytokine and is expressed on many hematopoietic progenitor cells. Signaling through CD135 plays a role in cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation. The A2F10 antibody is reported to inhibit the binding of FLT3L to CD135.

Formulation	Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤ 0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
Preperation	The product should be stored undiluted at 4C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
