Storage Conditions	Store undiluted antibody at 2-8C until expiration date. For long-term storage aliquot antibody and store at -20C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Formulation	100 ug in 100 ul solution (PBS containing 15 mM sodium azide, pH 7.4). Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Reconstitution	The optimal working dilution should be tested by serial dilution.
Specificity	The antibody recognizes an epitope in the D2 domain of human CD50 (ICAM-3). The specificity has been determined by flow cytometry with PBL and several cell lines and the reactivity with CD50 transfectants.
