Syrian Hamster Anti-Mouse Podoplanin mAb

Monoclonal were produced by immunizing Syrian hamsters with a mouse thymic stromal cell line. This antibody recognizes mouse podoplanin. Hamster IgG antibody from hybridomas was purified from cell culture supernatant by Protein G chromatography. Host Species:Syrian Hamster, Purification:Protein G chromatography Specificity: The monoclonal antibody will detect podoplanin on the surface of mouse lymphatic endothelial cells and some epithelial cell types by immunostaining or immunohistochemistry. It works well with paraffin sections. The antibody will detect a 36-40 kDa band in Western blotting. It also works with immunoprecipitation.
