Specificity Note:	This product recognises human thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) a 28kD hormone produced by the pituitary gland which acts to stimulate the growth of the thyroid and production of thyroid hormones. This antibody labels thyrotroph cells of the anterior pituitary and benign and malignant tumours arising from these cells.
Immunohistology:	This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections. This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Histology: Pituitary.
Antiserum Preparation:	Antisera to human TSH were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen.
