Specificity:	Catecholamine. Affinity (kD) of this clone is 10-8 for DA-BSA and 10-7 for NA-BSA. Affinity for unconjugated catecholamines (dopamine. noradrenaline. adrenaline) is lower (Kd is about 10-4). At 1 uM it inhibits dopamine binding to D-2 receptor in membrane P-2 fraction from human Corpus striatum.
