Specificity Note:	The CA-125 antigen is present on a mucin-like glycoprotein of > 200kD. This antibody reacts with an antigen common to most non-mucinous epithelial ovarian carcinomas. Staining is positive in serous and endometrioid adenocarcinomas Krukenberg\' s tumour and uterine myoma. Mucinous tumours and normal ovarian epithelium are negative. CA125 is detectable on the apical surface of normal endometrium and endocervix.
Immunohistology:	This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Histology: Glandular endocervix
