Description	Human IGFBP-3 R, Fc Tag (IGR-H5259) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ser 39 - Arg 204 (Accession # Q86XT9-1).
Background	IGFBP-3 R, also know as TMEM219, is a cell death receptor specific for IGFBP3. IGFBP-3R is expressed on the cell surface, interacts specifically with IGFBP-3 but not other IGFBP species. It activates initiator caspase-8, and mediates IGFBP-3-induced apoptosis in vitro and tumor suppression in vivo.
