It inhibits FGFR1/2/3 with IC50s of 0.2 nM/2.5 nM/1.8 nM in cell-free assays, and exhibits little/weaker activity against other kinases such as FGFR4, VEGFR2(KDR), IGFR, CDK2, and p38. AZD4547 shows significant tumor-suppressing effects in mice bearing KMS11 tumors with a TGI of53%.
