Description: IPN-60090 ( IACS-6274) is a novel, potent, orally bioavailable and specific inhibitor of GLS1 (the kidney-type glutaminase), which is an important enzyme for metabolic energy production. IPN-60090 can be used in the research of GLS1-mediated diseases. It also has potential antineoplastic and immunostimulating activities. IPN60090selectively targets, binds to and inhibits human glutaminase, an enzymethat is essential for the conversion of the amino acid glutamine intoglutamate.
