Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V4578CAS #:848354-66-5Purity >=98% Description: PTACH (also known as NCH-51), a SAHA analog, is a novel and potent inhibitor of human histone deacetylase (HDAC). PTACH exerts potent growth inhibition against various human cancer cells, with EC50 values ranging from 1 to 10 uM. NCH-51, PTACH, is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. NCH-51 could inhibit the cell growth of a variety of lymphoid malignant cells through apoptosis induction, more effectively than SAHA. NCH-51 upregulated anti-oxidant molecules including peroxiredoxin 1 and 2 and glutathione S-transferase at the protein level.
