Introduction	CD99, or MIC2 gene product, or E2 antigen is expressed on the cell membrane of some lymphocytes, cortical thymocytes, and granulosa cells of the ovary. The antigen is also expressed by most pancreatic islet cells, Sertoli cells of the testis, and some endothelial cells. Mature granulocytes express very little or no CD99. MIC2 is strongly expressed on Ewings sarcoma cells and primitive peripheral neuroectodermal tumors.
Description	CD99 Human Recombinant full length protein expressed in E.coli, shows a 56 kDa band on SDS-PAGE. The CD99 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance	Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation	CD99 at 0.1mg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Storage	Store vial at -20C to -80C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
