Storage Conditions	The kit is stored at 2ca.8?C in the dark and can be stored for 3 months. It is valid for 1 week after opening.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Purpose	This product is used for invitro culture of mouse fertilized eggs or 2-cell embryos to 8-cell stage. It is a special customized culture medium to support cell division, growth and development of early embryos.
Using protocol	This product must be balanced in a 5% CO2 incubator for at least 2 hours before transferring fertilized eggs or embryos to this culture medium. Embryos will be maitained in this culture medium until the third day. If embryo transfering is scheduled for the third day, it is recommended to transfer the embryo to the uterus with a small amount of this culture medium.
