Capture Ab	0.25 mg/mL of mouse anti-KLK13 monoclonal antibody. Dilute to a working concentration of 2.0 ug/mL in CBS before coating.
Detection Ab	0.5 mg/mL rabbit anti-KLK13 polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 ug/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
Standard	Each vial contains 110 ng of recombinant KLK13. Reconstitute standard powder with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20C to -80C in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve usi ng 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 2500 pg/mL is recommended.
Principle of the test	The human KLK13 / Kallikrein 13 ELISA Pair Set is for the quantitative determinationof human KLK13 / Kallikrein 13. This ELISA Pair Set contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs. The Sino Biological ELISA Pair Set is asolid phase sandwich ELISA (Enzyme-Linked ImmunosorbentAssay). It utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific for KLK13 / Kallikrein 13 coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples areadded to the wells, and any KLK13 / Kallikrein 13 presentbinds to the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and a horseradish peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-KLK13 / Kallikrein 13 polyclonal antibody is then added, producing anantibody-antigen-antibody "sandwich". The wells are again washed and TMBsubstrate solution is loaded, which produces color in proportion to the amountof KLK13 / Kallikrein 13 presentin the sample. To end the enzyme reaction, the stop solution is added and absorbances of the microwell are read at 450 nm.
