Bio-Activity	1. Measured in antiviral assays using WISH human amnion cells infected with vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV). The EC50 for this effect is typically 2-6 ng/mL. 2. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human IL28B at 20 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind human IL10RB with a linear ranger of 3.125-25 ug/ml.
