Bio-Activity	1. Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of the HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cell line. When 5 x 10E4cells/well are added to human EGFL7 coated plates (4 ug/ml and 100 ul/well), approximately >40% will adhere after 1 hour at 37 C. 2. Measured by its ability to bind human NOTCH1 in a functional ELISA.
