Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized rat IFNG-Fc (cat:80234-R02H) at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind biotinylated rat IFNGR-Fc (Cat:80182-R02H). The EC50 of biotinylated rat IFNGR-Fc (Cat:80182-R02H) is 20.1-46.9 ng/ml.
