Bioactivity	Dorsomorphin(Ki=109 nM) is a specific, reversible, and effective AMPK inhibitor. It suppresses BMP type I receptor, but has no significant inhibition effect of several structurally related kinases including ZAPK, SYK, PKCtheta, PKA, and JAK3.
