Bioactivity information	Retinoic acid is A metabolite of vitamin A and plays an important role in cell growth, differentiation and organogenesis. Retinoic acid is a natural agonist of RAR nuclear receptors with an IC50 of 14 nM for RARα/β/γ. The Kd value of Retinoic acid combined with PPARβ/δ is 17 nM. Retinoic acid inhibits the transcription factor Nrf2 by activating Retinoic acid receptors.
