Description	This modified gp100 peptide amino acids 209 to 217 is a MHC-associated HLA-A2.1-restricted epitope derived from melanoma antigene. It can be processed, presented, and recognized by T cells. Alteration of the G209 peptide to G209-2M at the second amino acid changing threonine to a methionine was found to increase the affinity for MHC-associated HLA-A2.1 resulting in enhanced induction of T cells reactive to native gp100
