Description	This is histone H3 (23-34) trimethylated at Lys27 and biotinylated on the C-terminus through a GGK linker. Trimethylation of Lys27 promotes Polycomb protein (Pc)-chromatin association. This modification has also been shown to be associated with methylated CpG island genes in cancer cells. Provided at >95% peptide purity, this peptide was dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml and re-lyophilized to powder form.
