Physical Appearance and Stability: Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4C for a limited period of time.
Formulation and Purity: Acrp30 was filtered (0.4um) and lyophilized from 0.5mg/ml in 20mM Tris, 50mM NaCl, pH 7.5 and 1mM CaCl2. Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to add deionized water to a working concentration of 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Acrp30 is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
