Description	ROCK Inhibitor Solution (500 X)# 1.:Ready to use with Y27632 at 5mM (500 x of the final concentration at 10uM). 2.:Aliqote into 100ul size and kept at -80C for longer storage. 3.:iPSC SFM culture Medium with 10um Y27632 should be used within 3days. 4.:Only add into iPSC SFM medium when iPSC cells are recovered immediately from the frozen condition or the first day after each iPSC passage.
