Product Description	Pre-stained protein ladder. Covers the size range 10-180 kDa (Tris-glycine-SDS running buffer). Number of bands = 11. Single colour with enhanced intensity at approximately 25 kDa and approximately 72 kDa. Designed for monitoring SDS-PAGE separation and WB transfer efficiency. Thaw at room temperature or 37-40° C for a few minutes prior to use to dissolve precipitated solids. Do not boil. Do not heat, dilute, or add reducing agent before loading. Mix thoroughly.
Concentration	0.1-0.5 mg/ml of each protein
Manufacturer - Formulation	20 mM Tris-Phosphate pH7.5, 2% SDS, 0.2 mM Dithiothreitol, 3.6 M Urea and 15% (v/v) Glycerol.
Recommended dilutions	Load 5 µl/well (mini-gels) or 10 µl/well (large gels). For WB load 2.5 µl and 5 µl, respectively.
