Principle assay	Increases the intensity of immunostaining utilizing DAB as chromogen. One of the hallmarks of successful IHC is the strength of the signal generated during immunostaining. DAB, widely used as a chromogen for immunoperoxidase staining, has been well accepted due to its superior performance compared to amino ethylcarbazole (AEC). Tissue specimens stained with DAB after only a brief incubation show increased staining intensity (several -fold) when Intensi/Fire is applied.
