Description	Our Anti-LRRTM2 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N209C/35. It is KO validated, detects human, mouse, and rat LRRTM2, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB.
Target Description	Leucine Rich Repeat Transmembrane Neuronal 2 is encoded by the gene LRRTM2. LRRTM2 is a member of the LRRTM family. LRRTM2 is involved in the development and maintenance of excitatory synapses in the vertebrate nervous system. LRRTM2 regulates surface expression of AMPA receptors and instructs the development of functional glutamate release sites. LRRTM2 is expressed in neuronal tissues. Diseases associated with LRRTM2 include Histrionic Personality Disorder.
