Description	Our Anti-Dopamine D3 receptor mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N331/19. It detects human Dopamine D3 receptor, and is TC supernatant. It is great for use in ICC.
Target Description	D3 dopamine receptor is encoded by the gene DRD3. DRD3 is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family that also includes D1, D2, D4 and D5. This G-protein coupled receptor inhibits adenylyl cyclase activity. DRD3 is expressed in limbic areas of the brain. Diseases associated with DRD3 include Hereditary Essential Tremor and Schizophrenia.
