Description	Our Anti-BKbeta4 K+ channel mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone L18A/3. It detects human, mouse, and rat BKbeta4 K+ channel, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, IP, WB.
Target Description	Calcium-activated potassium channel subunit beta-4, Potassium Calcium-Activated Channel Subfamily M Regulatory Beta Subunit 4 or BKBeta4 is encoded by the gene KCNMB4. BKbeta4 can bind to KCNMA1 to form a channel in the calcium activated large conductance (MaxiK channel) family. BKbeta4 acts to modulate the calcium sensitivity and gating kinetics of KCNMA1. It is expressed in brain and CNS.
