Description	Our Anti-HCN2 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N71/37. It detects mouse and rat HCN2, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, IP, WB.
Target Description	HCN2 is a member of the hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide gated channel family, also known as pacemaker channels. This family has a role in rhythmic activity of the heart and firing neurons. HCN channels are made up of four subunits, HCN1-4 and can be formed in multiple combinations. HCN2 is expressed throughout the brain and in high levels in thalamic and brainstem nuclei.
