Description	Our Anti-Thorase/Atad1 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N125/10. It is KO validated, detects human, mouse, and rat Thorase/Atad1, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB.
Target Description	ATPase Family AAA Domain-containing 1 is encoded by the gene ATAD1. ATAD1 plays a critical role in regulating the surface expression of AMPA receptors thereby regulating synaptic plasticity, learning, and memory. Diseases associated with ATAD1 include Hyperekplexia 4 and Hyperekplexia.
