Our Anti-Pan-PTPR (Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase) mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N165/43. It detects human, mouse, and rat Pan-PTPR (Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase), and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC, WB.
Target Description
This is pan and reacts with PTPRF, Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type D (PTPRD) or Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type S (PTPRS) which are all members of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. These proteins are signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation.
