Description	Our Anti-Pannexin-2 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N121A/1. It detects rat Pannexin-2, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB.
Target Description	Pannexin 2 is encoded by the gene PANX2. PANX2 is a member of the pannexin family. PANX2 combines with pannexin 1 to form cell type-specific gap junctions with distinct properties. PANX2 is expressed in the eye, thyroid, prostate, kidney, liver, and central nervous system. Diseases associated with PANX2 include Oculodentodigital Dysplasia and Chronic Closed-Angle Glaucoma.
