Description
Our Anti-Mad3 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N129A/6. It detects human and mouse Mad3, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC, WB.
Target Description
MAX Dimerization Protein 3 is encoded by the gene MXD3. MXD3 is a member of the Myc superfamily. MXD3 is a transcriptional repressor which forms a heterodimer with the cofactor MAX to form a sequence-specific DNA-binding protein complex which recognizes the core sequence 5'-CAC[GA]TG-3'. MXD3 is expressed in lung and blood. Diseases associated with MXD3 include Perianal Hematoma and Bartholin's Duct Cyst.
