Description
Our Anti-Dopamine D2 receptor mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N186/29. It detects mouse and rat Dopamine D2 receptor, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC.
Target Description
Dopamine D2 receptor is encoded by the gene DRD2. DRD2 is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family that also includes D1, D3, D4 and D5. This G-protein coupled receptor inhibits adenylyl cyclase activity. DRD2 is expressed in the brain, colon, testis, and skeletal muscle tissue. Diseases associated with DRD2 include cocaine dependence, pathological gambling, and delusional disorder.
