Description	Our Anti-Lgi1 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N283/7. It is KO validated, detects human, mouse, and rat Lgi1, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB.
Target Description	Leucine Rich Glioma Inactivated 1 is encoded by the gene LGI1. LGI1 is a member of the secreted leucine-rich repeat (LRR) superfamily. LGI1 may regulate the activity of voltage-gated potassium channels and may be involved in neuronal growth regulation and cell survival. LGI1 is expressed in the brain. Diseases associated with LGI1 include Epilepsy, Familial Temporal Lobe, 1 and Autosomal Dominant Epilepsy with Auditory Features.
