Description	Our Anti-ADAM11 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N441/35. It detects mouse and rat ADAM11, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB.
Target Description	Disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain-containing protein 11, Metalloproteinase-Like, Disintegrin-Like, Cysteine-Rich Protein, or ADAM11 is encoded by the gene ADAM11 and a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase) family. ADAM11 is a single-pass type I membrane protein without catalytic metalloprotease-like properties. It is thought to be a ligand for integrin in the brain. ADAM11 is also weakly detected in the heart, liver and testis.
