Product Description	West Nile Virus (WNV) is a mosquito-borne, enveloped, positive-stranded RNAflavivirus1. Flavivirus nonstructural protein NS1 has been proposed as an antibody targetto avoid antibody-dependent enhancement2. NS1 is a 46-55 kDa glycoprotein that isexpressed as a dimer on the cell surface and as a soluble hexamer in the extracellularspace and in circulation during infection. WNV NS1 dimer consists of a ß-roll, wing, andß-ladder.
