It detects human Epithelial Membrane Antigen (EMA), and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB, ELISA.
Target Description	Epithelial membrane antigens are high molecular weight mucin-like glycoproteins. Antibodies to EMA have been shown to be useful as pan-epithelial markers for detection of early metastatic loci of carcinoma in the bone marrow or liver.
