Heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) is a ubiquitous and highly conserved protein. As a chaperone molecule, HSP70 can promote the correct folding of proteins; HSP70 participates in cell apoptosis, by preventing the release of cytochrome C from mitochondria, binding with apoptosis-inducing factors to prevent it from entering the nucleus, or inhibiting the activity of JNK kinase to regulate cell apoptosis; HSP70 also It can regulate the cell cycle process, promote cell growth and prevent cell senescence. In addition, HSP70 can be used as an immune adjuvant to participate in synergistic immunity and stimulate antigen-specific CTL responses.
