Product description	Stem cell antigen 1 (Ly6A) is a member of the lymphocyte antigen 6 (Ly-6) family, and is the main phenotypic marker of mouse hematopoietic progenitor/stem cell subsets. The Ly-6 family is involved in the regulation of B cell and T cell activation. Ly6A is expressed on pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) and is used as a marker for mouse HSC. Ly6A is ubiquitous in fetal liver, adult bone marrow, adult peripheral blood and spleen.
