Product description	CD180/RP105 is a type-I transmembrane glycoprotein that is restricted to expression in mature B-cells. Research studies have shown that CD180 engages signaling cascades in mature B-cells that drive cell proliferation. Indeed, CD180 functions with TLR4 as an LPS receptor on B-cells and, upon binding LPS, transmits proliferation and survival signals that require the Vav family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors.
