hnRNP-A2/B1 Mab is generated from mouse immunized with hnRNP-A2/B1 recombinant protein.

Involved with pre-mRNA processing. Forms complexes (ribonucleosomes) with at least 20 other different hnRNP and heterogeneous nuclear RNA in the nucleous.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1000
Western Blot: 1:30

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
