IMP4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 222ca.251 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human IMP4.

IMP4 forms a ternary complex with IMP3 (MIM 612980) and MPP10 (MPHOSPHO10; MIM 605503) that interacts with U3 small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA), which is required for the early cleavage steps in pre-rRNA processing.

ELISA: 1:1, 000
Western Blot: 1:100-500
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
