RNF160 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1086-1115 amino acids from the Central region of human RNF160.

Like most RING finger proteins, LTN1 functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase (Chu et al., 2009 [PubMed 19196968]).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
