Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.

SNRNP70 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 194-223 amino acids from the Central region of human SNRNP70.

SNRNP70 mediates the splicing of pre-mRNA by binding to the loop I region of U1-snRNA. The truncated isoforms cannot bind U1-snRNA.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:1000
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
