TP53INP1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 188-218 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TP53INP1.

TP53INP1 is in response to double-strand DNA breaks, promotes p53/TP53 phosphorylation on 'Ser-46' and subsequent apoptosis.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
