Coiled-coil domain of recombinant human ANGPTL7.

ANGPTL7 is expressed in various tissues and regulates angiogenesis. Human ANGPTL7 was characterized as a potent target gene of the WNT/ beta-catenin signaling pathway, and is a pharmacogenomics target in the fields of oncology and regenerative medicine.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA (direct and indirect): 1:2000-1:5000
Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000 using ECL; suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST, 0.05% Tween 20, 5% skim milk; suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
